Very disappointed to spend to spend $825.00 for service call and charge me to find leak which was not found Is just unjustified. My home was built in 2021 no effort was made to see if unit is covered by warranty .i am very impressed with the integrity of John Cassidy they called me to let me know thay looked into service found out mistake was made they are issuing me a credit against my charge very impressed thanks JohnSonny

Mark came within a short time from my call to John C Cassidy Air Conditioning for help when our air conditioner failed to keep running. Our home temperature rose to 83 degrees regardless of being set at 73 degrees. Due to health concerns, this scenario was not only uncomfortable, it was dangerous.. Mark was efficient and thorough and solved the problem. This company gained a thankful and loyal customer last night.Update 10/21/25: Our AC stopped cooling this weekend so I called first thing Monday morning and Christopher came out that afternoon. After doing a few tests,he found that refrigerant was leaking out as fast as it was replaced. We opted to replace the system so Christopher spoke with Bain and he came over and shared brands and cost estimates. Both Christopher and Bain were patient and knowledgeable. Bain completed the paperwork and arranged to have Elizel and Manny install the new system the next morning. They worked quickly, explained what they were doing and how the new system differed from our original equipment. They left everything clean and debris-free inside and outside of our homeAn inspector from the company stopped by to assess the finished project before they left.I am so impressed with the caliber of people associated with this company;If I could give more than five stars to the five men involved, I would do so!
