Comprehensive maintenance of a plumbing system involves some or all of the following:

  • Inspection of all exterior valves, including hose bibs and main shutoff
  • Confirming updated backflow inspection, if applicable
  • Visual inspection of water heater tank
  • Checking isolation shut-off valves
  • Testing continuity of elements and voltages
  • Visual inspection of gas lines, burner assembly, and recirculation pump
  • Inspection and testing of all faucets for proper operation, leaks, and wear
  • Testing of PSI/water pressure in home
  • Flushing all toilets to check for proper operation and inspect their mechanical parts
  • Inspection of all water lines and drain lines for leaks and/or corrosion
  • Inspection and testing of all angle stops and supply lines
  • Testing of all drains for flow and possible maintenance issues
  • Recording and quoting all required repairs
